1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through cityofdrinks.com or registering an account via Google OAuth or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
2. Legal Age Requirement (21+)
Strict Age Verification Policy:
In accordance with Indonesian government regulations regarding alcoholic beverage distribution, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any alcoholic beverages from City of Drinks.
Our logistics couriers and store personnel reserve the right to verify official identification (KTP, Passport, or SIM) upon order delivery or pickup. If age verification fails, the order will be canceled.
3. Authenticity & Duty-Paid Products
All alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, and spirits sold on City of Drinks are 100% authentic, officially imported or legally produced, and affixed with valid Indonesian excise tax stamps (Pita Cukai Resmi).
4. Ordering, Pricing, and Payments
- Prices: All listed prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of applicable beverage excise taxes.
- Payment Methods: Orders are processed upon confirmed payment through authorized channels including QRIS, Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), e-Wallets, and Credit Cards via our secure payment partner Xendit.
- Stock Availability: In the rare event of inventory discrepancy, our customer support will contact you promptly for a replacement or full refund.
5. Delivery, Pickup & Breakage Guarantee
We offer Instant Delivery (1–2 Hours) within designated store radius and Courier Shipping across coverage areas. Every glass bottle is secured with specialized multi-layer bubble wrapping and protective packaging.
Breakage Guarantee: If any bottle arrives broken, provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp support, and we will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
6. Account & Security
When creating an account or logging in via Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
