Are all products 100% original and legally licensed?

What if a product is currently out of stock?
You can use the "Notify Me" button on any product detail page. Enter your email and you will be notified as soon as new inventory arrives, or check our active promotions for available alternatives.

How do I place an order?
Browse our Product Catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can select instant delivery, courier, or store pickup, then complete payment securely via QRIS, Virtual Account, or e-Wallet.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum purchase required. You can order single bottles or bulk quantities as needed. Check out our special discounts and promo bundles.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet been dispatched by our logistics team. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately with your order number.

Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Yes! During checkout, simply select "Store Pickup" and choose your preferred branch from our store list. Your order will be packed and ready for collection.

Where do you ship to?

What are the delivery timeframes?
Instant orders are typically delivered within 1–3 hours. Regular courier and nationwide shipments take approximately 1–3 business days depending on destination.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout via our Biteship logistics aggregator based on package weight, distance, and selected service level.
